Norris Lake Campgrounds

THE TVA CAMPGROUNDS ON NORRIS LAKE ARE OPEN … The campground and Loyston Point and Norris Dam State Park are open.

The Norris Dam State Park site has two campgrounds with dump stations available. The East site has 25 camp sites with water and electric. There are also 10 sites for tents. The West site has 50 sites with water and electric. The West site also has several sites for the disabled.

The Bathhouse is open – heated and air conditioned. All the creature comforts for those who like the finer things in life. There is a laundromat located near the park office if needed. Additionally, there is a firewood policy which restricts visitors from bring untreated firewood into the park.

The Loyston Point Campground is located on Point 19 on Norris Lake. Most of the campground is on the water or have water views. There are 64 campsites [ 59 with electrical hook-up] plus restrooms with heated showers. For RVs – there is a fill and dump station on the grounds.
Each of the individual campsites provide a picnic table and fire/grill for your use. The campground also features a swimming beach for summer use.

There are several furnished cabins – heated and cooled – and appliances. These cabins are for up to 5 individuals.
